The YTTC covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. The syllabus consists of Asanas, Pranayamas, Mudras ,Meditation and bandhas with their related benefits, limitations and contraindications, methodology and Grooming and Personality development and how to conduct classes will be taught during courses.
Anatomy & Physiology (awareness of all the medical conditions of the human body)
Teachers share their experiences with their students.
In the end of the Course Board Exams will be conducted. We are Member of QCI/YCB BOARD.
