In 1995 , started under ‘ Borivali Grahastha Yog Center ’ Have conducted the Yoga classes with two batches only. With 30 students and public demand was to organize the different camps. As follows:

Stress Management Camp.
Children Camp.
In 2009, Pawan Yoga Centre was formed under Pawandham Trust, which has a 3000 sq. ft. fully furnished hall with a capacity of 80 people at a time.

Executive Yoga
Therapy Yoga.
About our Instructors
All the instructors of Pawan Yoga center undergo three week special training program conducted by Dr.Jyoti H Sagar. The program includes theory and practicals. It trains them to perform asanas related to different parts of the body and various ailments. All the teachers are trained under one methodology which maintains uniformity across all the classes, This ensures that even if any student changes his/ her batch, he/she will continue to have the same benefit and enjoy like always .We make sure that each class is a unique one to maintain the interest of our students.
Nearly 2500 plus students have already been trained till date.
