Being a working mother of two made me realize the need to have that extra energy to strike the right work life balance. My journey in yoga began with the intention of losing the extra 25 kgs I had gained during pregnancy and now I realize Yoga is more than just weight loss. It provides the flexibility the strength to the body and the spiritual calmness that enables you not only to take the day with a smile but also run through the day and achieve all you want. My passion for yoga led me to pursue the formal degree and I founded Yogeeism where we believe in the power of combining Yoga into your routine – use the power of yoga to de-stress the mind and de-tox the body…
