Yoga is an ancient science whose origin can be traced back to VedicPeriod. This traditional ancient practice has everything in it, bringingin a change and wellbeing in ones physical and spiritual self.Eventually this rich heritage practice spread all around the globe but unfortunately was forgotten in India. Today many practice yoga, but this practice is limited only with the physical aspects. The person conducting such classes, is neither competent, nor qualified. The founders of RHY felt that this scene should change. Here the idea of the concept of true and real yoga came to the founders mind. It was also observed that other alternative therapies are being neglected.Hence the idea of just starting a yoga class, changed in a big dream on getting the most alternative therapies under one roof.
Rich heritage yoga is not any other yoga classes. Here a person understands what true yoga is. Here scientific explanation is given to not just the HOW, but also to the WHY, this Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras and Kriyas are to be performed.
