Namaste Yoga Classes is a proprietary firm established by its proprietor Mrs. Amisha A. Shah in 2011. The proprietor, herself is the yoga instructor / tutor and has done her yoga teacher’s training course from ‘The yoga Institute’ in Santacruz (East), Mumbai.
The main advantage of this yoga class is that the yoga instructor being the owner pays special attention to all its clients. Utmost care is taken about the smallest requirements of the clients. Yoga classes are conducted in small groups of upto 7-8 ladies in batches of 1 (one) durations. There are lot of products available with her. As a result of this, the clients get variation in their daily exercises & it does not get monotonous with one & the same exercises daily.
Further the owner is very good and polite by nature & very good at coordination with all the clients. Clients enjoy doing yoga in a lively & socially friendly environment in the class. Some client say its ‘Yoga with fun out here.’ The owner has specialty in all products like Asanas, stretches, power yoga, wall- exercise, ball-exercise. Prayanamas & meditation are the essence of Namaste yoga classes.
