Ashmayu Yoga is a virtual yoga studio. It was founded by a Yoga couple Sireesha and Naveen in Aug 2015 with a mission to help people achieve their health goals through Yoga.
Sireesha and Naveen are Certified 500 Hour Yoga Teachers and teach multiple yoga styles like Hatha, Power, Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle and Aerial Yoga.
Since 2015, Ashmayu Yoga is not only helping people achieve their health goals but also working with Yoga Seekers in helping them become a certified Yoga Teacher.
