Vashistha Yoga Foundation (VYF) is a volunteer-based Non-Governmental Organization. It was founded in 2011 by Yoga Guru Dheeraj Vashistha. The Foundation operates as a charitable organization; the focus is not making profit, but spreading the message of Yoga and Teaching of our Guru Shree Dheeraj Vashistha. Vashistha Yoga offers Several Yoga learning Courses, Workshops and Therapy Courses based on Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and others Yogic Healing tools. We believe that Yoga is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ practice. Every human being is a unique, that’s why we design yoga series that is right fit for individual or similar groups.
