ABOUT ME
I am Darshana Pandya, Certified Yoga Trainer from Shivananda Ashram, Ahmedabad. I have 17 years of experience teaching yoga. I am also a Reiki Grand Master, Crystal Grand Master as well as a Soul Healer.
I specialise in weight loss for women. I teach different kinds of yoga including power yoga, flexi-yoga, therapeutic yoga, tibetan yoga and different kriyas such as detox, jalaneti etc. I also teach a variety of meditations as well as pranayams. I have helped many people get fit and also recovered many from ailing sickness and diseases. My yoga has treated thyroid, PCOS and even pregnancy related problems among others. I also have designed special yoga sessions for divyanga such as visually impaired.
I am currently taking online yoga classes ranging from traditional yoga to yoga for weight loss. Every thursday, I hold free meditation sessions which are open for all ages. I also run a youtube channel called SoulSpa by Darshana which has more than 1000 subscribers.
