Antyodaya Yoga Studio, managed by Poornamidam Yoga Private Limited, was founded by Mrs. Puja Chandra & Mr. Avdhesh Tripathi in 2012 with a vision to take Yoga and Yoga Lifestyle to every section of the society. The word “Antyodaya” means “ Unto the Last “. By Antyodaya we mean to take up the light of Yoga to the last section of society.
