LEARN YOGA FROM TEACHER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 25 PLUS YEARS IN YOGA

WE ENCOURAGE ALL PARTICIPANTS TO PLEASE:

remove your footwear and socks at the front entrance
try to arrive at least 10 minutes early for class, especially if you are new
be silent or speak softly, so that others may relax and enjoy some quiet before the start of class
bring only water & Yoga mat
turn mobile phones off, on silent, or vibrate if you are on-call
make every effort to stay for the entire class
inform the teacher at the start of class if you need to leave early and wait for an appropriate time to go
E.g. just before Savasana
tell your teacher of any injuries, physical limitations, etc. so that s/he can provide you with modifications
refrain from wearing scented products due to sensitivities & allergies
