ABOUT US
Total Yoga is a balanced style of Yoga that focuses on Fitness training and Mindfulness practice equally. It comprises 3 different styles of Yoga taught on 3 alternate days: Vinyasa flow, classic Hatha & Power Yoga.
Each class is for 1 hour with 45 mins of Asana training and 15 mins of Pranayam & Meditation. The week ends with Yoga Nidra relaxation technique. Importantly, every Yogi is encouraged and guided through the process of taking up a ‘Sankalp’ or Resolution and then using the Total Yoga training to reach that goal.
Total Yoga classes are taught in Bangalore & Pune; and also in Dubai, California, Derby and Auckland.

Founders
Manish Pole
Yogi, Mindfulness Coach, Blogger & Speaker
Manish Pole has taught Yoga for 15 years. He lived and trained with Himalayan Yoga Master Bharat Thakur from 2003-2010, eventually working as the CEO of Artistic Yoga. During this time, he taught Yoga to some of India’s most famous entertainers, business leaders and politicians including Anoushka Shankar, Vinod Khanna and Sunil Bharti Mittal. He also taught the YPO and trained the UAE National Golf Team.
In 2010, Manish co-founded Total Yoga in Pune and later spread to Singapore, Bangalore, California, Dubai, Derby and Auckland.
In 2015, Total Yoga co-founded the Yomaste Yoga Retreats brand.
He regularly writes articles on Yoga in various publications and the Total Yoga Blog, and has appeared on various TV shows speaking on Yoga, most recently the TATA SKY Active Fitness channel.
Neetu Singh
Yogi, Wellness Coach, Healthy-Eating Chef
Neetu Singh has taught Yoga for over 15 years. She lived and trained with Himalayan Yoga Master Bharat Thakur from 2002-2010. During this time, she taught some of India’s most famous entertainers, business leaders and politicians including Sachin & Sara Pilot.
Apart from her Yoga career, she has also walked the ramp as a showstopper during the Dubai Fashion Weeks – 2008 & 2009! She has appeared in various Yoga shows on TV, the latest being the TATA SKY Active Fitness channel.
In 2010, Neetu co-founded Total Yoga in Pune and later spread to Singapore, Bangalore, California, Dubai, Derby and Auckland.
In 2015, Total Yoga co-founded the Yomaste Yoga Retreats brand.
