At Yaansh Yoga, we serve you with a plethora of services & products which includes, Shatkarma, Ashtanga Yoga, Patanjali Yoga, & other meditation techniques. We want to spread the science of the human body which can be accessed through a daily routine of yoga. We teach the precious art of obtaining balance of the mind-body union. Yoga therapy means to heal the body with yoga & enlighten the mind with positive energies we can create with yoga, & together we can access the infinite source of peace which is commonly known as the divine supreme. Despite living in a less favorable environment, our ancestors were more aware & fit than today’s generation. Our goal is to access those potentials of humans through our wide variety of yoga services & products which will help individuals across the world to go deep into their practice of yoga as well as introduce yoga into their daily lifestyle.
