The creative impulse for Urban First Aid goes beyond supporting itself, we are actually here to uplift the vitality of culture in community. We live into the imagination of artists receiving rightly for their gifts, out of an enlivened community that wakefully values its artists. In Hollywood, we are well aware of the need for new and refreshing cultural ideas.
A city full of dreamers, looking for a way to share their gifts, in a sense, homeless creative dreams, Yet the studios and the art world is not free to meet their seeds, and so we see artists breaking, and twisting, and losing purpose, because they can’t find a reflection in the world, to nourish their dreams into reality. This is why we need a community space, for the healing of culture, renewing our sense of freedom.
