LEARN YOGA FROM TEACHER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 25 PLUS YEARS IN YOGA

WE ENCOURAGE ALL PARTICIPANTS TO PLEASE:

• remove your footwear and socks at the front entrance
• try to arrive at least 10 minutes early for class, especially if you are new
• be silent or speak softly, so that others may relax and enjoy some quiet before the start of class
• bring only water & Yoga mat
• turn mobile phones off, on silent, or vibrate if you are on-call
• make every effort to stay for the entire class
• inform the teacher at the start of class if you need to leave early and wait for an appropriate time to go
• E.g. just before Savasana
• tell your teacher of any injuries, physical limitations, etc. so that s/he can provide you with modifications
• refrain from wearing scented products due to sensitivities & allergies
