Yoga Sadhana
Yogasadhana institute was founded in 1986 at Pune. Our institute is devoted to popularize Yoga specially in women. We conduct regular coaching of asanas at variuos places in Pune and also conduct exams for school students.
We conduct various lectures from prominent personalities in Yoga along with workshops throughout the year. We offer annual Yoga Parangat Dimploma (Yoga Teachers course) which is conducted on every Sunday at Pune for 10 months. We have also started offering postal courses for Yoga Parangat Dimploma for men and women.
