Jeevana Yoga Pratisthana ® is an international non-profit, non-denominational, and educational, yoga and humanitarian organization, which addresses all aspects of human well-being. Founded by Acharya Arun Prakash in 2011, and registered in 2013 under the Indian Trust Act, JYP has been successfully registered under Indian Income Tax 80G exemption and FCRA certification. It is an entirely volunteer-run, international non-profit organization dedicated to serving people and creating world peace through Yoga and allied lifestyle sciences of India. At JYP, activities are designed to create an inclusive culture that is the basis for global harmony and progress. This approach has gained worldwide recognition.
Jeevana Yoga offers a platform to explore yoga and other ancient Indian lifestyle sciences. Under a unified umbrella, it will allow people to explore the various aspects of yoga, including the history and origins of Yoga, developing a practice based on Hata Jeevana Vinyasa and an opportunity to learn Sanskrit. The allied activities of the organization include documenting Yoga texts and allied ancient Indian life style sciences. It aims to create a platform to study authentic traditional sciences under one umbrella.
