Vrtti, A whirlpool of energy. This energy spirals, creating an elevating effect; and is often the premonition of a mystical yoga practice. The feeling of “Yog” or union, happens through transcendental events as we progress through years with our practice. This is when we discover that our spiritual space goes beyond the body. It can extend up into the Universe, while being rooted into the Earth.
