The organisation has a goal called Samskara Sanghatane Seve. Its main intention is to create a healthy society. SPYSS has crossed more than 30 years of service to society. It has produced thousands of Yoga Teachers who teaches yoga free of cost everyday.
Shree A. R . Ramaswamy anna is the founder of SPYSS (R) Karnataka. Anna started started teaching yoga in 1980 in Tumkur district of Karnataka now the number of branches has increased to more than 500 through out the world.
SPYSS organizes 45 days free yoga camp very often. Later the participants are made to participate in the three days free workshop where in the participants are well trained how to teach yoga for others. The Samiti also conducts many recreational activities in its 45 days camp.
