Vaishali is an International Certified Yoga Trainer by RYS 200 Yoga Alliance and certified yoga trainer in Yogic Sciences from the Yog Sadhan Ashram. She has been teaching for 15 years and has seen such a change in her own life through Yoga she wants to bring it to every place she possibly can. The approach that she takes in her classes is a friendly, peaceful and down to earth one, making yoga accessible to people of all ages and abilities. She loves sharing her passion and helping students to discover all benefits of this amazing practice.
Initially, she has gain knowledge from taking personal and group coaching, attending Yog Shibir and reading books. She has turned to yoga to find focus, happiness and internal peace.
Primary Yoga: The beginners are prepared for doing the asanas by an initial evaluation of the needs as well as any limitations, which may hinder the practice of asanas in future.
Ashtanga Yoga: a defined set of postures always done in the same order, which are combined with specific breathing patterns (ujjai breathing). The purpose of this is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility, which allows the student to practice advanced asanas with reduced risk of injury.
Power Yoga: Power Yoga will most likely appeal to people who are already quite fit, enjoy exercising, and want a minimal amount of chanting and meditation with their yoga. It uses a vigorous, fitness-based approach.
