Meditation
Meditation is relaxation. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de- concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on something specific, but instead of entering a state of mind that has no thoughts. The overall benefits of meditations include a calm mind, enhanced concentration, improved clarity and communication, and relaxation of the mind and body. Regular practice of meditation has a profound impact on the core three areas of our existence – physical, mental, and spiritual.
Nidhi Bhanot
Hello Yogis! I am Nidhi Bhanot. I am a certified Yoga Trainer from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Delhi. I have 5 years of experience taking personal Yoga classes. I specialize in giving personal yoga classes to Women’s and Couples. I am MBA in HR and earlier used to work in corporate sector.
Earlier I used to think of yoga as one of the forms of exercise. But as I gained deeper knowledge of yoga, I learned that yoga works on all aspects of person psychologically, emotionally, mentally and physically
In the 5 years of teaching yoga, I have learned a lot by giving classes to my students. I started learning yoga for my own wellbeing. As I gained health and inner peace, I felt inclined towards teaching yoga. I thought through my yoga classes I will be able to improve people’s life. I feel blessed that I am able to add some value to people’s life as a yoga trainer. I would like to share a quote:
“When you practice yoga once a week, it will change your mind, when you practice yoga twice a week, it will change your body, when you will practice yoga every day, it will change your life”
